- All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without notice except for reservations secured by a deposit or credit card.
- There is a minimum stay of two nights. One night stays are negotiable.
- Check-in is arranged to suit your schedule. If another time becomes more convenient, please notify us well in advance.
- Check-out is 11:00 am.
- One(1) night's deposit is required with reservation. A Visa or MasterCard credit card is required and will be held until the check-in date
- Due to our intimate size, cancellations have a significant impact on our Inn. We require a one week's notice of cancellation per room to insure return of deposit. If you must cancel later, we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-book your suite. Otherwise we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for a future stay.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted.
- Out of consideration of other guests, children are welcome depending upon their age and suite availability.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet. However, we would be pleased to assist you in locating a near-by boarding facility for your pet during your stay.
- For the comfort and consideration of everyone, smoking is permitted only outdoors in designated areas.
- Linwood is inspected as a member of the South Carolina Bed and
Breakfast Association.
